Secret Santa, Sorted

🎅 A little mystery. A lot of merry. Secret Santa, Sorted brings the planning, the little clues and the finishing touches together in one cheerful Christmas gift exchange kit. Made for workplaces, staff teams, families and friendship groups of 3–30 people, with one thoughtful gift given and received by each person. 🎁 Your 16-page kit includes ✓ Clear organiser guide with an illustrated giving-circle example ✓ Exchange plan for your budget, dates and group agreement ✓ Secret Santa invitation poster ✓ Participant register with 30 spaces ✓ Full-page favourites questionnaire ✓ Two compact questionnaires per page ✓ Fifteen name slips per page ✓ Private assignment record for 30 people ✓ Six secret assignment cards per page ✓ Individual gift planner ✓ Gift collection and handover tracker ✓ Eight gift tags per page ✓ Six reveal cards per page ✓ Four thank-you notes per page ✓ “Secret Santa gifts go here” collection sign ✨ Give a better little surprise Favourite treats, drinks, colours, hobbies and small wishes help each Santa choose something personal. There is room for gifts the recipient would rather skip, plus a choice of full or compact questionnaires. 📝 Keep the merry mystery organised The guide explains a shuffled giving circle so everyone has one recipient and nobody is assigned themselves. The organiser keeps the matches private, hands out individual assignments and tracks each gift from arrival to handover. This kit uses an organiser-led matching method for groups where anyone may give to anyone else; the organiser knows the matches. 🎄 All the little finishing touches Warm festive illustrations, rich Christmas colours and matching tags make the whole exchange feel coordinated. Add an optional reveal, then finish with a little thank-you. Print your chosen pages, fill them in by hand and let the merry mystery begin.
